ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA-JANUARY ANAHEIM 23, HOUSING 2001 AUTHORITY MEETING
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kring, Tom Tait
and Shirley McCracken.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Executive Deputy Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on January
19, 2001, on the bulletin board outside of the Council Chambers, at the north entrance to City
Hall and the east entrance to City Hall, bridge level.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5:30
P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS' None.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent
Calendar Item 2, seconded by Housing Authority Member McCracken. Item 1 continued to
February 6, 2001. Motion carried unanimously.

Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute all documentation for the
submittal of an application for 700 vouchers under the Fair Share Allocation of
Incremental Voucher Funding for Fiscal Year 2001.
Mayor Daly requested a two-week continuance stating that the City was the leader
among all cities in Orange County on Section 8 Housing vouchers with approximately
5,000. He said that none of the other cities in Orange County seem to be applying for
the vouchers and he wanted to understand the implications before voting on the item.
Mayor Daly moved to continue Item 1 for two-weeks, seconded by Council Member
McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.

Approve minutes of the Anaheim Housing Authority meeting held December 19,
2000.
ADJOURNMENT'
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Housing
Authority, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
The regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority adjourned at 5:31 P.M.
