ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA- ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING
March 20, 2001
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Frank Feidhaus, Lucille Kring, Tom Tait and
Shirley McCracken
Staff Present: Ruth, White, Schroeder, and Stipkovich
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on March 16,
2001, at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5:40 P.M.
in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Ha!i, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: There were no public comments
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1- 2: Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent
Calendar Items 1 and 2, seconded by Housing Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried
unanimously.

Approve and authorize the Housing Authority Executive Director to execute an
Agreement with the Orange County Housing and Community Development Department
and the Anaheim Housing Authority in connection with a $4 million federal grant from the
Health and Human Services Department to assist clients in paying eligible costs on their
behalf.
2. Approve minutes of the Anaheim Housing Author!ty meeting held March 6, 2001.
Mayor Daly brought up Item 3 as a separate discussion matter. The Executive Director of the
Community Development Department reminded the Council that this item would also be heard
later in the evening under a separate public hearing item.

To consider the issuance of multifamily housing tax exempt revenue bonds in the amount
of $4,950,000 for the purchase and rehabilitation of a 65-unit project known as
Westchester Apartments located at 125 Westchester Drive, Anaheim, California 92804.
RESOLUTION NO. AHA2001-1 RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
HOUSING AUTHORITY regarding its intention to issue tax-exempt obligations.
The Mayor called for a roll call vote on Item 3. Item 3 was passed unanimously.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Housing
Authority, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
The regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority adjourned at 5,41 P.M.
