ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA- ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETING
OCTOBER 2, 2001
The Anaheim Housing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kring, Tom Tait
and Shirley McCracken.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority was posted on
September 28, 2001, at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority to order at 5:26
P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: Neil Goldman, 2760 West Lincoln Avenue, Apartment 106, said he
believed that more money should be allocated for housing programs. He said that for a Section
8 voucher he would be notified of the availability within three to six months and he was told it
would be at least two years and up to five years.
Mayor Daly referred Mr. Goldman to the Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa
Stipkovich.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS I - 2: Chairman Daly moved approval of Housing Consent
Calendar Items 1 and 2, seconded by Housing Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried
unanimously.

Authorize the Executive Director to execute the required certifications and application
documents to apply to HUD for $518,000 under HUD's Notice of Funding Availability for
the Housing Search Assistance Program.
Approve minutes of the Housing Authority meeting of September 25, 2001.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Housing
Authority, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
