The Anaheim Public Financing Authority met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kdng, Tom Tait
and Shidey McCracken.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Executive Deputy Director of Community Development, E!isa Stipkovich
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim City Council was posted on January 5,
2001, at the nodh entrance and east entrance to City Hall and on the window outside of the
Council Chambers.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority to order at
6:43 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions or deletions to the
agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: There were no public comments.
City Attorney Jack White noted that Consent Calendar Item I should be acted upon separately
from the Consent Calendar as requested by bond counsel due State bonding requirements.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEM 2: Chairman Daly moved approval of Public Financing Authority
Consent Calendar Item 2, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Item I to be acted upon
separately. Motion carried unanimously.

Approve minutes of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority meeting held October
24, 2000.
Mayor Daly offered Resolution No. APFA 2001-1 for adoption.

RESOLUTION NO. APFA2001-1 RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY approving the
form of an assignment agreement and an escrow agreement and authorizing their
execution and delivery in connection with the defeasance of certain bodds of the
Authority and approve cedain actions in connection therewith.
Roll call vote: Ayes- 5: Chairman Daly, Authority Members McCracken, Tait,
Feidhaus, Kring. Noes- 0. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no furlher business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Public
Financing Authority meeting, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Motion cardsd
unanimously.
