SPECIAL MEETING

The Anaheim Public Financing Authority met in special session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Authority Members Frank Feldhaus, Luci!le Kring, Tom Tait
and Shirley McCracken.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Executive Deputy Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich, Community
Development Project Manager Brent Schultz.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority was posted on
October 20, 2000 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the special meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority to order at
6:03 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hail, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: There were no additions or deletions to the
agenda.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: There were no public comments.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: Chairman Daly moved approval of Public Financing
Authority Consent Calendar Items I and 2, seconded by Public Financing Authority Member
McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.

RESOLUTION NO. APFA2000-2 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM
PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY authorizing the issuance of revenue bonds in
the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $34,000,000 to make a loan to
the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency in connection with Anaheim
Redevelopment Project Alpha, authorizing and directing execution of an
indenture of trust, loan agreement, bond purchase agreement and related
documents, approving the form of preliminary official statement, authorizing sale
of bonds, series A and B, and authorizing official actions.

Approve Financing Authority meeting minutes dated February 15, 2000.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being-no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Public
Financing Authority, seconded by Authority Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
The special meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority adjourned at 6:04 P.M.
