The Anaheim Redevetopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Agency Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kring, Tom Tait
and Shirley McCracken.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Executive Deputy Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
July 20~ 2001, at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
5:26 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
Ken Chen, 900 East Cypress, said he would be back to address the Council in opposition of a
matter that would be before them at that time. He had purchased a home at the intersection of
Cypress Street and Vintage Lane and was concerned about redevelopment of that area.
In reference to Item C2, which was a public hearing item on the Council agenda of July 24,
2001, Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich, stated that Community
Development would like more time to work with the neighborhood group. She said that Mr.
Chen was the individual that they had been working with and asked to continue the C2 item to
August 7, 2001.
Mayor Daly stated that Council would act on the request for continuance when they reached
Item C2.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS I - 2: Chairman Daly moved approval of Agency Consent
Calendar Items 1 and 2, seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried
unanimously.

Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute Amendment No. 4 to the
Professional Service Agreement by and between the Redevelopment Agency and Gilray
Enterprises, Inc., for environmental consulting services.

Approve minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meeting of July 10, 2001.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
The regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 5:30 P.M.
