SPECIAL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 18, 2001
The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in special session.
Present: Chairman Tom Daly and Agency Members Frank Feldhaus, Lucille Kring, Tom Tait
and Shirley McCracken.
Staff Present: City Manager Jim Ruth, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll Schroeder,
Executive Director of Community Development, Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
September 14, 2001, at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Daly called the special meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency to order at
5:25 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: Linda Lee Grau spoke in regard to the El Toro marine base and said
that she believed that this was a redevelopment project that would be used as a maneuver to
create an airport.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS I - 3: Chairman Daly moved approval of Agency Consent
Calendar Items 1 through 3, seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried
unanimously.

Approve and authorize the Executive Director to execute the Professional Service
Agreement with Parsons Transportation Group Inc. for ongoing transportation consulting
services, up to $200,000.

Approve and authorize the Execute Director to execute the Professional Service
Agreement with Derek J. McGregor, Inc. for ongoing civil and general engineering
services, up to $100,000.

Approve minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meeting of August 28, 2001.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Daly moved to adjourn the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency, seconded by Agency Member McCracken. Motion carried unanimously.
The special meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 6:02 P.M.
