REGULAR MEETING OF OCTOBER 23, 2012
The Anaheim Public Financing Authority regular meeting was called to order at 5:25 P.M.
for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council and the Anaheim
Housing Authority.
Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Authority Members: Gail Eastman, Lord Galloway, Kris
Murray and Harry Sidhu.
Staff Present: City Manager Bob Wingenroth, City Attorney Cristina Talley, and Secretary
Linda Andal
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority was
posted on October 19, 2012 on the kiosk outside City Hall.
ADDITIONS /DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None
PUBLIC COMMENTS: No public comments made related to the Public Financing agenda.
CONSENT CALENDAR: At 6:31 P.M., Authority Member Galloway moved to approve
the Public Financing Authority consent calendar as presented, seconded by Authority
Member Eastman. Roll Call Vote: Ayes — 5: (Chairman Tait and Authority Members:
Eastman, Galloway, Murray and Sidhu). Noes — 0. Motion Carried.
4. RESOLUTION NO. APFA 2012 -002 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD
PFA 187 OF DIRECTORS OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
appointing the City of Anaheim Finance Director or his or her designee, as
Executive Director of the Anaheim Public Financing Authority.
5. RESOLUTION NO. APFA 2012 -003 A RESOLUTION OF THE
PFA187 GOVERNING BOARD OF THE ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
establishing the dates and time for regular meetings of the Authority for the 2013
calendar year

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Tait adjourned the meeting of the Anaheim
Public Financing Authority at 6:32 P.M.
