A complete copy of the agenda for the special meeting of the Anaheim Public
Improvement Corporation was posted at 4:00 p.m. on May 6, 1988 at the Civic
Center Kiosk, containing all items as shown herein.
President Pickler called the special meeting of the Anaheim Public Improvement
Corporation to order at 1:28 p.m.
MINUTES: Approval of the minutes was deferred to the next regular meeting.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS: The following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Board Member and as listed
on the Consent Calendar Agenda. Board Member Ehrle offered Resolution
No. APIC88 -1 for adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 186: RESOLUTION NO. APIC88 -1: A RESOLUTION APPROVING, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF CERTAIN LEASE FINANCING DOCUMENTS, AND AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING CERTAIN ACTIONS WITH RESPECT THERETO. (Certificates of
Participation - Parking Facilities Refinancing Project - not to exceed $60
million)
Such Resolution will: Approve the form and authorize the President or
Treasurer to execute and the Secretary to attest to the lease agreement,
sublease agreement, trust agreement, and assignment agreement, and authorize
the President, the Treasurer and the Secretary to execute such other documents
as may be necessary and appropriate in connection with such financing.
