A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated November 19, 2013, that the salary schedule and salary relationships be amended for job
classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit,
effective November 22, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
aforementioned amendment, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
1. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that, effective November 22, 2013, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule:

2. That effective November 22, 2013, that Article 17, Salary Relationships
and Appendix "A" be amended by changing classification titles as follows:

3. That effective November 22, 2013, that Article 17, Salary Relationships
and Appendix "A" be amended by deleting the following classifications:

$51,376.00 - $65,582.40
$43,742.40 - $55,827.20
Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, General Unit, shall remain in full force and effect.
The effective date of said amendment to classifications assigned to the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, General Unit, as amended, is November 22, 2013.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.

of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of November , 2013, by the following roll call vote:
