A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM ACCEPTING CERTAIN DEEDS CONVEYING TO
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM CERTAIN INTERESTS IN REAL
PROPERTIES.
WHEREAS, certain deeds described in Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated
herein by reference (hereinafter, "DEEDS "), have been presented to the City of Anaheim
(hereinafter, "CITY" or "City of Anaheim "); and,
WHEREAS, the grantors, property interests conveyed and locations of the properties
described in the DEEDS are set forth in Exhibit "A "; and,
WHEREAS, the owners of those properties described in Exhibit "A" have offered to
convey to the CITY certain real property interests in connection with their development projects; and
WHEREAS, the DEEDS and the real property interests therein will assist the CITY
in providing public road and utility services; and
WHEREAS, based on the foregoing, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby find and determine it is in the best interests of the CITY to accept the DEEDS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
1. The DEEDS and the real property interests contained therein are hereby
accepted by the City Council.
2. Nothing herein shall be construed to be an acceptance of any parcel or
property into the CITY street system (Streets and Highways Code, Section 1806).
3. The City Clerk is authorized and directed to cause the DEEDS to be recorded
in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Orange.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim this 6th Day of May , 2014, by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Council Members Eastman, Murray, Brandman and Kring
