A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, CLERICAL UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated June 17, 2014, that the salary schedule and salary relationships be amended for job
classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, Clerical Unit,
effective June 17, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
aforementioned amendment, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
1. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that, effective June 17, 2014, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
the classification listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule:
Classification Step Hourly Salary
Training Coordinator 4 — 9 $22.26 - $28.41
2. The salary for classifications listed in Section 1 shall be based on the
salary relationships listed below:
Classification Relationship
Office Specialist 11
Training Coordinator 1.385 x Office Specialist II
Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, Clerical Unit, shall remain in full force and effect.
The effective date of said amendment to classifications assigned to the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, Clerical Unit, as amended, is June 17, 2014.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
