A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
ASSIGNED TO THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL
EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated August 19, 2014, that the salary schedule and salary relationships be amended for job
classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit,
effective August 29, 2014; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
aforementioned amendment, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
1. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that, effective August 29, 2014, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule:
Classification Step Sa1ary
Library Services Coordinator 4— 9 24.48 — 31.24
Library Services Supervisor 5— 9 30.84 — 37.49
Library Specialist 5— 9 21.84 — 26.55
Library Technology Systems Administrator 5— 9 34.69 — 42.17
2. That effective August 29, 2014, that Appendix A, Salary Relationships be
amended by creating and allocating classification titles as follows:
Ciassification `Relationship
Librarian
Library Services Coordinator 1.000 X Librarian
Library Services Supervisor 1.200 X Librarian
Library Specialist 0.850 X Librarian
Library Technology Systems Administrator 1.350 X Librarian
3. That effective August 29, that Article 17, Salary Relationships and
Appendix "A" be amended by deleting the following classifications:
Classification
Circulation Services Supervisor
Library Graphic Artist
Public Access Systems Coordinator
Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, General Unit, shall remain in full force and effect.

The effective date of said amendment to classifications assigned to the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, General Unit, as amended, is August 29, 2014.
The City Cferk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 19th day of August , 2014, by the following roll call vote:
