APFA2014/09/23 ANAHEIM PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 23, 2014 The Anaheim Public Financing Authority met in closed session on September 23, 2014 in the City Council Chambers located at 200 Anaheim Boulevard. The meeting was called to order by Chairman Tait at 3:37 P.M. for a joint closed session with the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency. The meeting notice, agenda and related materials were duly posted on September 19, 2014. Present: Chairman Tom Tait and Authority Members: Jordan Brandman, Gail Eastman, Lucille Kring, and Kris Murray Staff Present: Interim City Manager Paul Emery, City Attorney Michael Houston, and Secretary Linda Andal ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None PUBLIC COMMENTS: No public comments made related to the Public Financing Authority agenda. At 3:40 P.M., Chairman Tait adjourned to closed session for consideration of the following item: PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY/SUCCESSOR AGENCY JOINT CLOSED SESSION 1. City of Anaheim et al., Orange County Superior Court Case No. 30-2014-00722291 ADJOURNMENT: At 5:09 P.M., the Public Financing Authority returned from closed session and with no other business to conduct, Chairman Tait adjourned the meeting of September 23, 2014.
