5284ORDINANCE NO. 5284 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heretofore held a duly noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its Resolution No. PC91-146, unconditionally, determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL 1: THAT PORTION OF LOT 20 IN BLOCK K OF THE KRAEMER TRACT, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 12 PAGES 87 AND 88 OF MISCELLANEOUS RECORDS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA TOGETHER WITH THAT PORTION OF LOTS 9 AND 10 OF ORANGE GROVE ACRES, IN SAID CITY OF ANAHEIM, AS SHOWN ON A MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 6 PAGE 42 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF ORANGE COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS A WHOLE AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 9 WITH THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF LA PALMA AVENUE (106 FEET WIDE) AS SAID INTERSECTION IS SHOWN ON A MAP FILED IN BOOK 57 PAGE 17 OF RECORD OF SURVEYS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY; THENCE SOUTH 730 44' 00" WEST 379.00 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY LINE TO A LINE PARALLEL WITH AND WESTERLY 370.00 FEET FROM THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 9; THENCE SOUTH 30 45' 10" EAST 700.00 FEET ALONG SAID PARALLEL LINE; THENCE NORTH 860 14' 50" EAST 370.00 FEET TO THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 9; THENCE NORTH 30 45110" WEST 782.12 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. 91-92-03 L PARCEL 2: THAT PORTION OF LOTS 9 AND 10 OF ORANGE GROVE ACRES, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 6 PAGE 42 OF MISCELLANEOUS MAPS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 9 WITH THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF LA PALMA AVENUE (106) FEET WIDE) AS SAID INTERSECTION IS SHOWN ON A MAP FILED IN BOOK 57 PAGE 17 OF RECORD OF SURVEYS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID ORANGE COUNTY; THENCE SOUTH 730 44' 00" WEST 379.00 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTHERLY LINE TO A LINE PARALLEL WITH AND WESTERLY 370.00 FEET FROM THE EASTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 9; THENCE SOUTH 30 45' 10" EAST 700.00 FEET ALONG SAID PARALLEL LINE TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 860 14' 50" EAST 370.00 FEET TO SAID EASTERLY LINE; THENCE SOUTH 30 45' 10" EAST 393.54 FEET ALONG SAID EASTERLY LINE TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN THE DEED TO LONG BEACH LEASING CORPORATION, RECORDED AUGUST 4, 1965 IN BOOK 7618 PAGE 698 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS; THENCE SOUTH 730 48' 30" WEST 352.49 FEET ALONG LAST SAID SOUTHERLY LINE; THENCE NORTH 160 11' 30" WEST 452.76 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN THE DEED TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, RECORDED DECEMBER 9,1965 IN BOOK 7769 PAGE 192 OF OFFICIAL RECORDS, SAID POINT BEING A POINT ON A NON -TANGENT CURVE CONCAVE WESTERLY HAVING A RADIUS OF 54.00 FEET, A RADIAL TO SAID POINT BEARS SOUTH 160 11' 30" EAST; THENCE NORTHERLY 121.67 FEET ALONG SAID CURVE, THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 1290 05' 38"; THENCE NORTH 730 44' 00" EAST 51.00 FEET TO SAID PARALLEL LINE; THENCE SOUTH 30 45' 10" EAST 78.83 FEET TO THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, into the "ML" INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED ZONE. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. -2- 91-92-03 SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force.
