5276r ORDINANCE NO. 5276 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING THE ZONING MAP REFERRED TO IN TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND THAT: WHEREAS, the Planning Commission heretofore held a duly noticed public hearing and, as a result thereof, did adopt its Resolution No. PC -91-147 determining that a change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and described should be made; and WHEREAS, certain conditions and requirements were made as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of said zone or zones, which conditions have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Map referred to in Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended by rezoning and reclassifying that certain property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit: PARCEL 1 OF TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 90-244, IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND BEING A SUBDIVISION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND: A PORTION OF LOTS 1 AND 8 OF THE HELEN AND LYNCH'S SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 442, PAGE 158 OF DEEDS, IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, AND A PORTION OF LOTS 46 AND 47 OF ANAHEIM EXTENSION, AS PER MAP OF SURVEY MADE BY WILLIAM HAMEL FILED IN SAID OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY, A COPY OF WHICH IS RECORDED IN BOOK 3, PAGE 163 ET SEQ., ENTITLED "LOS ANGELES COUNTY MAPS", IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, LOCATED PARTLY IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM, AND ALL IN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE NORTHEASTERLY 85.00 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE RAILROAD BETWEEN LOS NIETOS STATION AND THE TOWN OF ANAHEIM, WITH THE WESTERLY LINE OF THE LAND DESCRIBED IN DEED TO ARTHUR ALEXANDER NEIMANN, RECORDED MARCH 15, 1872, IN BOOK 24, PAGE 396 OF DEEDS OF SAID LOS ANGELES COUNTY, (SAID WESTERLY LINE BEING SHOWN AS STATION 1079+40 ON MAP NO. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM THAT PORTION LYING SOUTHEASTERLY OF A LINE PARALLEL WITH AND DISTANT NORTHWESTERLY 40.00 FEET, MEASURED AT RIGHT ANGLES, FROM THOSE CERTAIN LINES HAVING CERTAIN COURSES SOUTH 74 DEG. 24' WEST 133.6 FEET AND SOUTH 74 DEG. 24' WEST 444.4 FEET AS DESCRIBED IN THE SECOND PARCEL OF LAND AS GRANTED TO THE CITY OF ANAHEIM I:\DOCS\ORDRES\R4291147.10 2 91-92-04 A IN THAT CERTAIN DEED RECORDED IN BOOK 264, PAGE 371 OF DEEDS, RECORDS OF SAN FRANCISCO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA. into the "ML" Industrial, Limited ZONE. SECTION 2. The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said City Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning Department is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 3. CERTIFICATION The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after its final passage, it shall take effect and be in full force. THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the City Council of the City of Anaheim this 10th day of December , 1991.
