5005ORDINANCE NO. 5005
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
SECTION 14.32.190 OF CHAPTER 14.32 OF TITLE
14 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
PARKING AND STOPPING OF VEHICLES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Section 14.32.190 of Chapter 14.32 of Title 14 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code which Section prohibits parking at any
time be, and it is hereby, amended by amending subsection .770 to
read as follows:
".770 Frontera Street on both sides from La Palma
Avenue to a point 300 feet east of Rio Vista
Street and from Kraemer Boulevard to a point
940 feet east of Kraemer Boulevard; and on the
north side from a point 300 feet east of Rio
Vista Street to Kraemer Boulevard."
SECTION 2.
That Section 14.32.190 of Chapter 14.32 of Title 14 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code which section prohibits parking at any
time be, and it is hereby, amended by amending subsection .130 to
read as follows:
".130 La Palma Avenue, on the north side, from the
east city limits to Miller Street, from the
Carbon Creek Channel to Kraemer Boulevard, from
State College Boulevard to Liberty Lane, from
East Street to Lemon Street, and from Helena
Street to the west city limits; on the south
side, from the east city limits to Grove
Street, from the Carbon Creek Channel to
Kraemer Boulevard, from State College Boulevard
to Hawthorne Street, from East Street to Lemon
Street and from Helena Street to the west city
limits; and on both sides from Kraemer
Boulevard to Blue Gum Street."
SECTION 3.
That Section 14.32.190 of Chapter 14.32 of Title 14 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code which section prohibits parking at any
time be, and it is hereby, amended by adding thereto subsections
.2370 and .2380 to read as follows:
".2370 Serrano Avenue, on both sides, from Somerset
Lane to Taylor Court.
.2380 Oak Hills Drive, on both sides, from Serrano
Avenue to Flint Ridge Way."
SECTION 4. SAVINGS CLAUSE
Neither the adoption of this ordinance nor the repeal
hereby of any other ordinance of this City shall in any manner
affect the prosecution for violations of ordinances, which
violations were committed prior to the effective date hereof, nor
be construed as a waiver of any license or penalty or the penal
provisions applicable to any violation thereof. The provisions of
this ordinance, insofar as they are substantially the same as
ordinance provisions previously adopted by the City relating to
the same subject matter, shall be construed as restatements and
continuations, and not as new enactments.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 4th day of April, 1989.
