A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
2014-097 NUNC PRO TUNC (POLICE SAFETY
MANAGEMENT)
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director recommended in a staff report dated
June 17, 2014, that the need exists to establish rates of compensation for job classifications
designated as Police Safety Management; and
WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error, the salary structure effective
July 3, 2015 was inadvertently omitted from Resolution No. 2014-097; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that establishing
new rates of compensation for Police Safety Management classifications is in the best interest of
the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that, effective July 3, 2015, the basic compensation plan for all officers and employees
of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in any of the
job classifications listed below, is corrected nine pro tune to include the below -referenced salary
structure adjustments:

That, effective July 3, 2015, the basic compensation plan for all officers and
employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in
any of the classifications listed above shall be allocated to the salary ranges according to the

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except to the extent amended herein
Resolution No. 2014-097 shall remain in full force and effect.
