Request: To Pre-Zone an approximately 395 square
foot portion of property located in the City of Orange to
the “RM-4” (Multiple-Family Residential) Zone to facilitate
a boundary reorganization that would detach the property
from the City of Orange and annex the property into the City of Anaheim.
Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission
will consider whether to find the project to be Categorically
Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and Guidelines as a Class 19 (Annexations of
Existing Facilities and Lots for Exempt Facilities)

under the California Environmental Quality Act.
