Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether to find the project to be Categorically Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and Guidelines as a Class 19 (Annexations of Existing Facilities and Lots for Exempt Facilities) Categorical Exemption. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether to find the project to be Categorically Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and Guidelines as a Class 11 (Accessory Structures) Categorical Exemption. Resolution No. PC2015-055 (Bostwick / Henninger) Approved VOTE: 7-0 Chairman Lieberman and Commissioners Bostwick, Caldwell, Dalati, Henninger, Ramirez and Seymour voted yes. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether a Negative Declaration is the appropriate environmental documentation for this request under the California Environmental Quality Act. Resolution No. PC2015-056 (Dalati / Seymour) Approved VOTE: 7-0 Chairman Lieberman and Commissioners Bostwick, Caldwell, Dalati, Henninger, Ramirez and Seymour voted yes. Project Planner: Elaine Thienprasiddhi ethien@anaheim.net OPPOSITION: A piece of written correspondence was received expressing opposition related to traffic and parking issues; and expressing concerns related to the noticing for the subject public hearing.
