AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Council did approve of the
reclassification of certain property in Reclassification No.
73-74-55 by Resolution Nos. 74R-299 $ 76R-65 determining that a
change or changes in the zone or zones hereinafter mentioned and
described should be made as hereinafter set forth after duly
noticed hearings and receipt of the report and recommendation of
the City Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution did impose certain
conditions and requirements precedent to the adoption of an
ordinance changing said zone or zones, which conditions and
requirements have been satisfied.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a
sectional zoning map or maps showing such change or changes as
follows:
That all of the area situated in the City of
Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as
follows, to wit:
Parcel No. 2, in the City of Anaheim, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 86, page 19 of Parcel
Maps, records of said Orange County,
now is "ML" LIMITED INDUSTRIAL ZONE and that it be changed to and
incorporated in "CL" COMMERCIAL, LIMITED ZONE, subject to the
following conditions:
1. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as
required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the Fire
Department prior to commencement of structural framing.
2. That all air-conditioning facilities shall be
properly shielded from view and the sound buffered from adjacent
properties.
3. That subject property shall be served by underground
utilities.

4. That trash storage areas shall be provided in
accordance with approved plans on file with the Office of the
Director of Public Works.
S. That subject property shall be developed
substantially in accordance with plans and specifications on file
with the City of Anaheim marked Exhibits No. 1, 2, 3 and 4
(Revision No. 2), S,6 and 7 (Revision No. 1) and Revision No. 1 to
the circulation plans; provided, however, that the number and
location of curb drive accesses from subject property to adjacent
public streets and highways shall be submitted to the Traffic
Engineer.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is
hereby, amended and the property above-described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set fort, and said City
Zoning Map, as amended, is hereby adopted and the Planning
Director is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to
be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby
approved and adopted.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 31st day of January, 1989.
