ORDINANCE NO. 4850
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
SECTION 1.04.110 OF CHAPTER 1.04 OF TITLE I
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
OFFICERS AND DEPARTMENTS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1.
That Section 1.04.110 of Chapter 1.04 of Title 1 of
the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended to
read as follows:
111.04.110 CITY DEPARTMENTS CREATED.
There are hereby created for the government
of the City the following departments:
Police Department
Fire Department
Public Utilities Department
Public Works -Engineering Department
Community Development and
Planning Department
Parks, Recreation and Community
Services Department
Finance Department
Legal Department
Human Resources Department
City Clerk Department
Library Department
Convention Center Department
Stadium Department
Data Processing Department
Maintenance Services Department
City Treasurer Department."
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 7th day of July, 1987.
