WHEREAS, an applicant has requested the vacation of a public utility easement
located at 525 East South Street, Anaheim, California in order to clear title to the land and facilitate
the development of a condominium complex in conjunction with SUBTTM16994; and
WHEREAS, the public utility easement to be vacated is no longer required for
present or prospective public utility purposes; and
WHEREAS, the public utility easement to be vacated is superseded by the relocation
of the public utility easement; and

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VACATING A PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
LOCATED AT 525 EAST SOUTH STREET PURSUANT TO
CALIFORNIA STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE SECTIONS
8330 ET SEQ.- SUMMARY VACATION (Abandonment No. ABA
2007 00149.)
WHEREAS, there are no other public facilities located within the public utility
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of the public utility easement reserved in an Easement Deed
recorded as Instrument Number 86- 300190, of Official Records of Orange County, State of
California, as described in Exhibit "A" and, attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby authorized
and directed, to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder
of the County of Orange.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date the certified copy of this
Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, the vacation shall be
complete, and the public service easement vacated shall no longer constitute a public service
easement.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim this 24th day of June 2008 by the following roll call vote:
AYES: Mayor Pringle, Council Members Hernandez, Sidhu, Kring, Galloway

egress for the installation and maintenance of water facilities
over, under and across that portion of Parcel 1 as shown on a
Map filed in Book 210, pages 37 and 38 of Parcel Maps, in the
office of the County Recorder of said Orange County, described
as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said Parcel 1; thence
along the southwesterly line of said Parcel 1, said southwesterly
line also being the easterly right of way line of Olive Street,
S 15° 32' 33" E, 45.50 feet to the True Point of Beginning;
