2002-166RESOLUTION NO. 2002R-166 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION 02R-150 NUNC PRO TUNC WHEREAS, on June 18, 2002 the City Council of the City of Anaheim adopted Resolution No. 02R-150 which approved a Letter of Understanding between the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit; and WHEREAS, through inadvertence and clerical error on the salary relationship for the classification of Housing System Specialist was incorrectly listed, and the obsolete classifications of Community Development Specialist and Used Oil Program Coordinator were listed; and the job title for Public Library Access Systems Coordinator was incorrect; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim to correct said Resolution No. 02R-150, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the true interest of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the attached Article 17 (Salary Relationships) is corrected nunc pro tunc to include the above referenced corrections and is hereby substituted in place and stead of the original Article 17 to Resolution No. 02R-150; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that except to the extent amended herein Resolution No. 02R-150 shall remain in full force and effect.
