Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether to find the Zoning Code Amendment to be Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the Public Resources Code. This item was continued from the September 21, 2015 Planning Commission meeting; and continued from the October 5, 2015 meeting due to a lack of a quorum. And, the item was continued from the October 19, 2015 Planning Commission meeting. Approved a motion recommending City Council Approval, with modifications to exclude all sections relating to the sale of fireworks. Modifications to the sale of fireworks were deferred to a future Planning Commission meeting.
