Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether to find the Zoning Code Amendment to be Categorically Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Sections 15060(c)(2) and 15060(c)(3) of the Public Resources Code. Approved, recommending City Council’s approval of the Zoning Code Amendment (Seymour / Henninger) VOTE: 4-3 Chair Lieberman and Commissioners Bostwick, Henninger and Seymour voted yes.
