The Anaheim Redevelopment Agency met in regular session.
Present: Chairman Pro Tem Frank Feldhaus and Agency Members Lucille Kring, Tom Tait and
Shirley McCracken.
Absent: Chairman Tom Daly.
Staff Present: City Manager David Morgan, City Attorney Jack White, Secretary Sheryll
Schroeder, Executive Director of Community Development~ Elisa Stipkovich.
A copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency was posted on
September 27, 2002 at the City Hall inside and outside bulletin boards.
Chairman Pro Tem Feldhaus called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:23 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Anaheim City Hall, 200 South Anaheim
Boulevard.
ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None.
PUBLIC COMMENTS:
James Robert Reade spoke about free speech and violation of public rights and he spoke
against the Police Department.
Katy Wright said she had confirmation from Yorba Linda City Council that they were willing to
meet with Anaheim City Council and Congressman Miller's office said they were willing to meet
regarding the soundwall issue.
Robert Moore requested residents be given more information regarding the impact of
redevelopment projects. He felt communications should be improved.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: Agency Member McCracken moved approval of Agency
Consent Calendar Items 1 and 2, seconded by Agency Member Kring. Motion carried,
Chairman Daly.
Approve the Kraemer Building penthouse and landscape plans as submitted by Clean
City, Inc.
Approve minutes of the Redevelopment Agency meeting held August 20, 2002 and
August 27, 2002.
JOINT PUBLIC HEARING:
Consider the Disposition and Development Agreement with the City and Zelman Retail
Partners, Inc., indicating the terms and conditions of the disposition and development of
the site located at 2951-2961 West Lincoln Avenue and 200-328 North Beach Boulevard
[West Anaheim Commercial Corridors (Related to Item A13)].

No action was required. The joint public hearing would be readvertised for October 15, 2002.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Pro Tem Feldhaus moved to adjourn the Anaheim
Redevelopment Agency, seconded by Agency Member Kring. Motion carried, Chairman Daly
absent.
The regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 5:30 P.M.
