RES-2016-101RESOLUTION NO. 2016-101 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2014-096 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING, DELETING AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated June 21, 2016, that the need exists to create, delete and/or modify certain classifications within the designation of Supervisory Management, effective July 1, 2016; and WHEREAS, such additions, deletions and modifications require an amendment to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-096, as amended; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating, deleting and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Supervisory Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows: gF('TTON i That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-096, is hereby amended by changing the salary range of the following classifications: Classification Salar Rage Salary Ranges From To Permit Counter Supervisor XCR05 XCR08 Fire Prevention Supervisor XCR12 XCR14 Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2014-096, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. July 1, 2016. The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-096, as amended, is The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
