Agency was posted at 2~00 p.m. on April 21, 1995 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:32 p.m.
FInaNCIAL D~II~NDS AGAINST ~ ~TM R~D~V~LOPIIENT ~GE~I~ in the
amount of $158,172.05 for the period ending April 21, 1995, in accordance with
the 1994-95 Budget, were approved.
ADDITIO~IS TO Tw~ ~GBND~: There were no additions to agenda items.
ITENB OF PUBLIC INTEREST= No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COM~TS - ~GEND~ ITEMB: There were no public comments on
Redevelopment Agency agenda items.
CONSENT
On motion by Agency Member Daly, seconded by Agency Member Zemel, the
following actions were authorized in accordance with the reports and
recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as listed on the Consent
Calendar Agenda. Agency Member Daly offered Resolution No. ARA95-6 for
adoption. Refer to Resolution Book.
1. 161: Approving the Basic Concept Drawings for the Disc Manufacturing,
Inc., facility in the Northeast Area of Project Alpha.
2. 161: RESOLUTION NO. ARA95-6: A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY authorizing the modification of the schedule of full repayment to the
low and moderate income housing fund of moneys borrowed to make the 1992-1993
educational revenue augmentation fund payment; and authorizing a loan from
the low and moderate income housing fund to pay all or a portion of the 1994-
1995 fiscal year State mandated amount to the Educational Revenue
Augmentation fund; and making certain findings concerning the expenditure of
monies from the low and moderate income housing fund for eligible costs of the
affordable housing units for the Area 5 townhomes; and adopting the deficit
payment plan to eliminate the deficit of the low and moderate income housing
fund.
