Approved request to receive and file the six- month review for the conditional use permit and variance. Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether to find the project to be Categorically Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and Guidelines as a Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures) and 15* (Minor Land Divisions) Categorical Exemption. * Subsequent to advertisement, a Class 15 Categorical Exemption was added to the request. Resolution No. PC2016-078 Resolution No. PC2016-079 (Bostwick / Dalati) Approved, with the following modifications: Deleted Condition Nos. 3 and 8.
