Request: The following land use entitlements are being requested: (1) to reclassify the property from the
T (Transition) Zone to the RS-2 (Single-Family Residential)
Zone; and, (2) a tentative parcel map to subdivide the
property into two parcels.
Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission
will consider whether to find the project to be Categorically Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act and Guidelines as a Class 3 (New Construction
or Conversion of Small Structures) and 15* (Minor Land
Divisions) Categorical Exemption.
* Subsequent to advertisement, a Class 15 Categorical Exemption was added to the request.
