to order at 5:52 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPXENT AGENCY in the
amount of $311,680.45 for the period ending March 17, 1995, in accordance with
the 1994-95 Budget, were approved.

ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST:
Mr. George MacLaren commented on the two-way traffic situation on North
Claudina Street. Due to the demand by businesses to create more on-street
parking spaces, the street was closed to two-way traffic in August of 1993.
Following this when the senior citizens using the Senior Center pointed out
the difficulties this had created, the City Council determined to open
Philadelphia Street, and the seniors have been waiting two years now for this
to happen.
Lisa Stipkovich responded that the Redevelopment Agency has been examining
several alternatives to relocate parking and to continue north-south access,
but do not feel they have the right solution yet. The Community Development
Department will bring back a recommendation in the next 30 days.
