A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 3:15 p.m. on February 4, 1994 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:40 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$593,062.68 for the period ending February 4, 1994, in accordance with the
1993 -94 Budget, were approved.
Closed Session: To confer with its attorney re: pending litigation pursuant to
Gov't Code Sec. 54956.9 (a):(1) Anaheim Redev. Agency v. Zirinski, et al. OC
Sup. Court Case 69- 97 -47. (2) To meet with its Real Prop. Negotiator
concerning disposition of certain real property interests owned by the Agency
generally located at 411 W. Broadway; 125 and 295 West Harbor Place, to Koll
Anaheim Center Associates.
The Closed Session was held in conjunction with the City Council Closed
Session at 3:00 p.m.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Redevelopment Agency agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 - 2: On motion by Agency Member Simpson, seconded by
Agency Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 123: Approving an Agreement with Robert Borders & Associates (RBA), in
the amount of $41,560 for the design of the North Net dispatch facility and
Fire administration offices to be located in City Hall West; and authorizing
the Chairman and Secretary to execute said agreement on behalf of the Agency.
2. 161: Approving minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meeting held
January 11, 1994.
MOTION: Agency Member Daly moved to recess to 6:00 p.m. for a joint public
hearing with the City Council. Agency Member Simpson seconded the motion.
MOTION CARRIED. (5:43 p.m.)
Chairman Daly reconvened the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency. (6:30 p.m.)

THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND KOLL ANAHEIM CENTER ASSOCIATES A

CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. WHICH SETS FORTH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF
THE SALE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY WITHIN REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ALPHA:
LOCATION /REQUEST: The Alpha Redevelopment Project Area is roughly
bounded by Lincoln Avenue, Anaheim and Harbor Boulevards, Broadway, and
Oak Street. The request is to consider the approval of the Fourth
Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement with Koll Anaheim
Center Associates, which provides for revised terms and conditions for
the sale and development of certain real property.
PUBLIC NOTICE REQUIREMENTS MET BY:
Publication in Anaheim Bulletin - January 25 and February 1, 1994
Staff has recommended a continuance of the joint public hearing for one week
to February 15, 1994.
Chairman /Mayor Daly asked if anyone was present tonight to speak on the
matter; there was no response.
MOTION: Council Member Daly moved to continue the joint public hearing on the
Fourth Amendment to the Disposition and Development Agreement with Koll
Anaheim Center Associates for one week to February 15, 1994. Council Member
Simpson seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED.
