A complete copy of the agenda for the meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment
Agency was posted at 4:00 p.m. on January 7, 1994 at the Civic Center kiosk,
containing all items as shown herein.
Chairman Daly called the regular meeting of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency
to order at 5:56 p.m.
FINANCIAL DEMANDS AGAINST THE ANAHEIM REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY in the amount of
$55,529.52 for the period ending December 26, 1993 and $639,077.33 for the
period ending January 10, 1994, in accordance with the 1993-94 Budget, were
approved.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION: To meet with Agency Counsel to consider the
following matters: Woodbridge/Yves; potential youth community ice rink.
These matters were considered during the 3:00 p.m., Closed Session.
ITEMS OF PUBLIC INTEREST: No items of public interest were addressed.
PUBLIC COMMENTS - AGENDA ITEMS: There were no public comments on
Redevelopment Agency agenda items.
CONSENT CALENDAR ITEMS 1 -2: On motion by Agency Member Simpson, seconded by
Agency Member Pickler, the following actions were authorized in accordance
with the reports and recommendations furnished each Agency Member and as
listed on the Consent Calendar Agenda.
1. 123: Approving an All-inclusive Settlement Agreement and Mutual General
Release with David J. Chavez and Carole Ann Chavez, Trustees and Subsequent
Trustees for the Chavez Family Trust (Lakeview/La Palma Critical
Intersection).
2. 161: Approving minutes of the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency meetings held
November 30, 1993, and December 7, 1993.
End of Consent Calendar. MOTIONS CARRIED.
ADJOURNMENT: Agency Member Daly moved to adjourn, Agency Member Feldhaus
seconded the motion. MOTION CARRIED. (5:57 p.m.)
