Request: The applicant requests the following
entitlements: (i) reclassify the subject property from the
“C-G” General Commercial and “RM-3” Multi-Family
Residential Zones to the “RM-4” Multi-Family
Residential Zone; and (ii) a Planning Commission
determination of conformance with the Density Bonus
Code to construct a 54-unit apartment complex for
senior citizens with affordable units and Tier 2
incentives for a reduction of interior setbacks, front
landscape setback, and minimum floor area.

Request: A City-initiated amendment to Title 18 (Zoning) of
the Anaheim Municipal Code modifying Chapter 18.38
(Supplemental Use Regulations) to include provisions for retail
sales, food preparation and sales, and operational
requirements for Alcoholic Beverage Manufacturers.
Environmental Determination: The proposed action is not
subject to the California Environmental Quality Act
("CEQA") pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the State of
California Guidelines for Implementation of the California
Environmental Quality Act.
