A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING
RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR
CLASSIFICATIONS ASSIGNED TO THE
ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES
ASSOCIATION, GENERAL UNIT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated February 28, 2017, that the salary schedule and salary relationships be amended for job
classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association, General Unit,
effective the pay period beginning March 10, 2017; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that
aforementioned amendment, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
Section 1:
1. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that, effective the pay period beginning March 10, 2017, the basic compensation
plan for all officers and employees of the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the
future be employed in the classifications listed below shall be allocated to the following salary
schedule:

2. That effective the pay period beginning March 10, 2017, that Appendix A
and Article 17, Salary Relationships be amended by creating and allocating classifications titles
as follows:

3. That effective the period beginning March 10, 2017, Appendix A and Article 17,
Salary Relationships, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting the following classifications:

GIS Operator II
Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the Anaheim Municipal
Employees Association, General Unit, shall remain in full force and effect.
The effective date of said amendment to classifications assigned to the Anaheim
Municipal Employees Association, General Unit, as amended, is March 10, 2017.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Anaheim this 28th day of February , 2017, by the following roll call vote:
