RES-2017-039RESOLUTION NO. 2017- 0 3 9 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2014-095 FOR THE PURPOSE OF CREATING, DELETING AND/OR MODIFYING CERTAIN CLASSIFICATIONS DESIGNATED AS PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report dated February 28, 2017, that the need exists to create, delete and/or modify certain classifications within the designation of Professional Management, effective the pay period beginning March 10, 2017; and WHEREAS, such additions, deletions and modifications require an amendment to Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-095, as amended; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that creating, deleting and/or modifying such classifications to or within the designation of Professional Management is in the best interests of the City of Anaheim. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Anaheim as follows: SECTION 1. 1. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-095, is hereby amended by creating the following classifications and allocating them to the salary range as follows: Classification Salaa Ranges Environmental Services Specialist I XCR12 Environmental Services Specialist II XCR14 Resource Programs Specialist I XCR06 Resource Programs Specialist II XCR09 Resource Programs Specialist III XCR11 Senior Resource Programs Specialist XCR14 Safety Coordinator XCR08 Permit and Records Manager XCR08 Information Technology Project Manager I XCR10 Information Technology Project Manager II XCR12 Information Technology Project Manager III XCR14 Information Technology Project Manager IV XCR16 Geographic Information Systems Manager XCR15 Assistant Geographic Information Systems Manager XCR12 Geographic Information Systems Analyst I XCR08 Classification Geographic Information Systems Analyst II Salary Ranges XCR10 2. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-095, as amended, is hereby further amended by deleting the following classifications: Classification Resource Efficiency Advisor I Resource Efficiency Advisor II Records Management Supervisor GIS Administrator Sala - Ranges XCR06 XCR09 XCR02 XCR 10 3. That, Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-095 be amended by reassigning the following classification to the salary range as follows: Classification Business Information Systems Administrator From To XCR12 XCR14 Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 2014-095, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect. The effective date of said amendment to Resolution No. 2014-095, as amended, is March 10, 2017. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
