A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 2014-094, WHICH ESTABLISHED RATES OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATIONS
DESIGNATED AS MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated October 24, 2017, that Resolution No. 2014-094 be amended in the manner hereinafter set
forth, effective the pay period beginning November 3, 2017; and
WHEREAS, as a result thereof, the need exists to amend Resolution No. 2014-
094 which established rates of compensation for classifications designated as Middle
Management; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the
aforementioned amendment is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Section 1 of Resolution No. 2014-094 be amended as follows:
That the salary range for the following classifications be changed in Section 1 of
Resolution No. 2014-094 as follows:

Water Systems Operations Superintendent XCR16 XCR19
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the effective date of this Resolution is the
pay period beginning November 3, 2017.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein,
Resolution No. 2014-094 shall remain in full force and effect.

of the City of Anaheim this 24th day of October , 2017, by the following roll call vote:
