Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether to find the project to be Categorically Exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15060(c)(2). This item was continued from the October 16, 2017 Planning Commission meeting. Recommended City Council Approval, with the exception of Section 3 (18.06.090 Structural Setbacks in the Multiple Family Residential zone) of the draft Ordinance; staff will conduct further review of the section and bring it back to the Planning Commission at a later date.
