AHA-2017/09/26ANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 26, 2017 The Anaheim Housing Authority regular meeting was called to order by Vice Chairman Vanderbilt at 5:21 P.M. in City Council Chambers located at 200 S. Anaheim Blvd. for a joint public comment session with the Anaheim City Council and the Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency. The meeting notice, agenda, and related materials were duly posted on September 22, 2017. PRESENT: Vice Chairman James Vanderbilt and Agency Members: Denise Barnes, Jose F. Moreno, Lucille Kring, and Stephen Faessel. ABSENT: Chairman Tom Tait and Agency Member Kris Murray. STAFF PRESENT: Interim City Manager Linda Andal, Acting City Attorney Kristin Pelletier and Acting Secretary Theresa Bass ADDITIONS/DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None PUBLIC COMMENTS: No comments offered during joint oral communications related to the Housing Authority agenda. CONSENT CALENDAR: At 7:04 P.M., the consent calendar was considered. MOTION: Authority Member Kring moved to approve the consent calendar as presented, seconded by Authority Member Moreno. APPROVED VOTE: AYES — 5 (Vice Chairman Vanderbilt and Authority Members Barnes, Moreno, Kring, and Faessel); NOES — 0; ABSENT — 2 (Chairman Tait and Agency Member Murray). Motion carried. AGR- 3. Approve a Cooperation Agreement (City/Housing Authority Loan Agreement) by and 10762 between the City of Anaheim and the Anaheim Housing Authority, in an amount not to exceed $4,800,000, for the purchase of the former Northgate Market site at 718-744 N. Anaheim Blvd., and authorize the Executive Director of the Housing Authority, or his designee, to execute and administer the agreement, and other documents as necessary to consummate the transaction (related to Council Item No. 15). ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, without objection, Vice Chairman Vanderbilt adjourned the meeting of the Anaheim Housing Authority at 7:05 P.M.
