GOLF COMMISSION MINUTES
May 25, 2006 - 5:00 p.m.

Chairman Wright called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
PUBLIC COMMENT
None.
APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
Vice -Chairman Schultz made a Motion, seconded by Commissioner McCulloch, to accept the Golf
Commission Meeting Minutes of April 27, 2006. Motion passed.
ACTIVITY REPORTS
A. Golf Manager
Michael Lautenbach reported on the Activity Report for April 2006.
Michael Lautenbach reported bids for the Golf Car Fleet RFP had been received and will be going to
the City Council Meeting on May 30, 2006, with a tentative delivery date of July 2006.
Chairman Wright inquired if the current GPS system has a help button to communicate with the Golf
Operation Office in the case of an emergency. Michael Lautenbach explained the system to the
Commissioners.
Commissioner Schultz complimented Toby Todd for his outstanding customer service.
Chairman Wright commented on the service that was received at the Dad Miller Coffee Shop on
Mothers Day. Michael Lautenbach indicated that he would look into it and report to the
Commissioners at the next meeting.
Commissioner Schultz inquired regarding the resident golf cards — Michael Lautenbach gave an
update report to the Commissioners.

B. Golf Course Superintendent
Dave Johansen presented the monthly report to the Commissioners.
C. Director of Golf
Bob Johns reported that the Gift Shop now has "Gift Certificate" envelopes in their inventory.
FINANCIAL REPORT
A. April Financial Summaries
Michael Lautenbach reviewed the financial reports with the Commission and indicated that the April
totals were impacted by bad weather.
OLD BUSINESS
A. Golf Website Update
Michael Lautenbach reviewed the changes to the menu bar and indicated that he has begun
work on the text, indicating that a draft will be sent to the Commissioners at a later date for
review.
NEW BUSINESS
A. Anaheim Hills Snack Bar 2 -way Communication
Michael Lautenbach reported that he was still working on a solution to the current problem and
indicated that by the next meeting he would have more to report.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Vice -Chairman Schultz made a Motion, seconded by Commissioner
Gaby to adjourn the meeting at 5:40 p.m. to June 22, 2006, Dad Miller Golf Course, 430 N. Gilbert Blvd,
at 10:00 a.m.
