do AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution in each
of the hereinafter numbered reclassifications, recommending
amendments to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and changes
in the boundaries of the zones hereinafter mentioned and de-
scribed, after having held public hearings thereon in the manner
and as prescribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
to consider such proposed changes of zones, and after having
received evidence and reports from persons interested therein;
and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend changes of
zones as set forth in said resolutions; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolutions, reports of
findings, summaries of evidence and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 18th day of
August, 1964, as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City
Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for public hearings
upon said proposed amendments to Title 18 of the Anaheim Munici-
pal Code and changes of zones, and did give notice thereof in
the manner and as provided in said Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearings, the City Council did hold and conduct such public
hearings and did give all persons interested therein an oppor-
tunity to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did
thereupon consider the recommendations of the City Planning
Commission, and did adopt a resolution in each reclassification
proceeding, finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code should be amended and that changes in the bounda-
ries of said zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tions.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such changes as follows:

That all of the property and area situated in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, more particu-
larly hereinafter described under separate reclassification
numbers, be changed from the zones in which it is now incorpo-
rated to the zone indicated for the specific area under each
reclassification. Said property is described and designated
as follows:
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 64-65-6
That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 12, Township
4 South, Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said land; thence
North 0° 11' 15" West 200.00 feet along the Easterly line
of said land; thence South 89° 41' 20" West 200.00 feet
parallel with the Southerly line of said section; thence
South 00 11' 15" East 200.00 feet parallel with said
Easterly line to said Southerly line; thence North
890 41' 20" East 200.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 40.00 feet lying within
Lincoln Avenue.
Also excepting that portion lying within Dale Avenue and
Lincoln Avenue, described in Parcel One and Parcel Two
to the City of Anaheim recorded April 23, 1963 in
Book 6520, page 427 of Official Records of Orange County,
California.
That said property be changed from C-3, HEAVY -COMMERCIAL
ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 64-65-7
The East 198.00 feet of the North 170.00 feet of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the North-
east quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 11
West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the South 10.00 feet of the West
50.00 feet of the East 198.00 feet.
Also excepting the North 66.00 feet lying within Lincoln
Avenue and the East 50.00 feet lying within Magnolia
Avenue, including that triangular parcel described as
Parcel 2 in deed to the State of California, recorded
October 29, 1956, in Book 3692, page 216 of Official
Records of Orange County, California.
That said property be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.

The East 76.00 feet of the West 418.97 feet of the
North 5 acres of the West 20 acres of the North half
of the Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 4
South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 10 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Except the North 189.98 feet thereof.
That said property be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 64-65-9
All that parcel of land in the Rancho Los Coyotes, County
of Orange, State of California, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 51, pages 7 et seq of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
The East 92 feet of the West 511 feet of the North 190
feet of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of Section 18, Township 4 South,
Range 10 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 51, pages 7 et seq of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California.
Except the North 66 feet thereof, as granted to the
State of California by deed recorded October 5, 1955
in Book 3233, page 463 of Official Records of Orange
County, California.
That said property be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 64-65-10
The South 180.00 feet of the West 188.00 feet of the
Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section
18, Township 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho
Los Coyotes, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange,
State of California, as per map recorded in Book 51,
page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California.
Excepting therefrom the Southerly 45.00 feet of the
Westerly 53.00 feet lying within the right of way of
Broadway and Magnolia Avenue.
That said property be chancred from C-3, HEAVY -COMMERCIAL
ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.

RECLASSIFICATION NO. 64-65-11
The West 200 feet of the North 200 feet of Lot A of
Tract No. 25, as shown on a Map thereof recorded in
Book 9, page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, measured from the center
lines of the streets adjoining said property on
the North and on the West.
Excepting therefrom that portion lying within the
right of way of Broadway and Magnolia Avenue, as
conveyed to the City of Anaheim by deed recorded
September 14, 1962 in Book 6250, page 146 of Official
Records of Orange County, California.
That said property be changed from C-3, HEAVY -COMMERCIAL
ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 64-65-12
The East 200.00 feet of the North 190.00 feet of the
Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South,
Range 11 West, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, in the City
of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as
said section is shown on a Map recorded in Book 51,
page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange
County.
Excepting the Northerly 45.00 feet and the Easterly
53.00 feet lying within the right of way of Broadway
and Magnolia Avenue.
That said property be changed from C-3, HEAVY -COMMERCIAL
ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
