ORDINANCE NO. 2026
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL, CODE RELATING
TO ZONING.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt a resolution in each
of the hereinafter numbered reclassifications, recommending
amendments to Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code and changes
in the boundaries of the zones hereinafter mentioned and de-
scribed, after having held public hearings thereon in the manner
and as prescribed in said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
to consider such proposed changes of zones, and after having
received evidence and reports from persons interested therein;
and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend changes of
zones as set forth in said resolutions; and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolutions, reports of
findings, summaries of evidence and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 21st day of
July, 1964, as the time, and the Council Chamber in the City
Hall of the City of Anaheim as the place, for public hearings
upon said proposed amendments to Title 18 of the Anaheim Munici-
pal Code and changes of zones, and did give notice thereof in
the manner and as provided'in said Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, at the.time and place fixed for said public
hearings,the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ings and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon consider the recommendations of the City Planning Commis-
sion, and did adopt a resolution in each reclassification
proceeding, finding and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim
Municipal Code should be amended and that changes in the bounda-
riesof said zones should be made as set forth in said resolutions.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such changes as follows:

of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, more particu-
larly.hereinafter described under separate reclassification

That said property be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.

The South 183 feet of the East 183 feet of the South-
east quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 15, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom that portion dedicated for road and
public utility purposes lying within the right of way
of Ball Road and Knott Avenue, as conveyed to the City
of Anaheim in deed recorded May 24, 1961 as Document
Number 16709 in Book 5732, page 689 and deed recorded
January 3, 1962 as Document Number 1371 in Book 5963,
page 565 of Official Records,
That said property be changed from C-3, HEAVY -COMMERCIAL
ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.
RECLASSIFICATION NO. 63-64-128
All that certain land situated in Section 22, Township 4
South, Range 11 Vest, in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as
shown on a Map recorded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Section 22,
thence Westerly along the North line of said Section
to a point in the Northeasterly line of the 100 foot
right of way of Pacific Electric Railway; thence
South 530 47' 30" East along the Northeasterly line of
said right of way to an intersection with the Northerly
line of the land conveyed to the Pacific Electric
Railway Company by deed recorded February 29, 1912 in
Book 209, page 382 of Deeds records of said Orange
County; thence North 890 20; 30" East along said
is Northerly line and the Easterly extension thereof
74.99 feet to the East line of said Section; thence

All that certain land lying within the South half
of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of Section 11, Township 4 South, Range 11 West,
in the Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a Map re-
corded in Book 51, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California, described
as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the South half
of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter
of said Section 11; thence Northerly along the
Westerly line of said South half of the Southeast
quarter of the Southwest quarter, 340.05 feet to
the true point of beginning; thence continuing
Northerly along said Westerly line of said South
half of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter to the Northerly line of said South half
of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter;
thence Easterly along the said Northerly line, 296
feet; thence Southerly, parallel with the Westerly

the City of Anaheim by deed recorded October 19, 1956

RECLASSIFICATION NO. 63-64-138
Lot 30 of Tract 403, as shown on a Map recorded
in Book 16, page 11 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California.
Excepting therefrom the Northerly 36 feet lying
within the right of way of Lincoln Avenue.
That said property be changed from R -A, RESIDENTIAL -
AGRICULTURAL ZONE to C-1, NEIGHBORHOOD -COMMERCIAL ZONE.

SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above"described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within`
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by me
