ORDINANCE NO. 2024
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMEND -
I10 NG TITLE 4, CHAPTER 4.72, SECTION 4.72.330
OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
TAXICABS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That Title 4, Chapter 4.72, Section 4.72.330 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code be and the same is hereby amended by
amending Paragraphs (d) and (e) thereof to read as follows:
"SECTION 4.72.330 APPLICATION.
(d) Possession of a driver's license, which
-he shall display;
(e) Whether any chauffeur's or driver's license,
either State or other governmental agency,
has ever been revoked;
SECTION 2.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.

I, DENE M. WILLIAMS, City Clerk of the City of Anaheim,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 2024 was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Anaheim held
on the 11th day of August, 1964, and that the same was duly passed
and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 18th
day of August, 1964, by the following vote of the members:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Pebley, Dutton, Schutte, Krein and Chandler
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
Anaheim approved and signed said Ordinance No. 2024 on the 18th day
of August, 1964.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Anaheim this 18th day
of August, 1964.
