Environmental Determination: The Planning Commission will consider whether the proposed action is Categorically Exempt from the requirements to prepare additional environmental documentation per California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines, Section 15301, Class 1 (Existing Facilities). Resolution No. PC2018-002 Resolution No. PC2018-003 (Armstrong / Lieberman) Approved with modification to Condition No. 11 to state that the seven parking spaces in the parking structure reserved for the retail space shall be identified as “Reserved Parking for the Corner Shop” prior to opening of the retail store.
