ORD INPNCE NO. 1996 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING is TITLE 14, CHAPTER 14.32, SECTION 14.32.185 OF THE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING. THE CITY„COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That'Title 14, Chap -ter -14.32, Section 14.32.185 of the Anaheim Municipal Code be, and the same is hereby, amended to -read as follows,: "SECTION 14.32.185 NO PARKING ON SUNDAYS - 6:00 A.M. TO 1:30 P.M. - EMPIRE STREET. "It shall be unlawful between the hours of 6:00 A.M. _and 1:30 P.M. on Sundays} to park -or leave parked any vehicle.on. Empire Street, from Ball -Road to 570 feet southerly thereof, and the Chief of Police is author- ized and directed to post and maintain along said portion of Empire Street appropriate signs reading NO PARKING ON SUNDAYS - 6:00 A.M. TO 1:30 P.M.r SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and cir- culated in said City, and thirty {30) days from and after its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force. this ATTEST: THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE 12th day of May, 1964.
