RECOMMENDATION OF MiNUTES~ Since the meeting of September 16~ 1965 was lengthy in
discossion~ it was recorm~ended that the detailed transcript of the meeting remain on
file in the Stadium Manager's office for future reference rather than including the
entir~ discussion in the minutes. (Refer to mi~utes of September 16~ 1965.)

S%ADiL~ CONSTRUCTION REVIEW~ Mr. Li. egl. er reported that 'work is continuing at the
stadiam site at: a heavy pace° Mr. Leonard Smith has met with the Del Webb Corporation
to resc~edule ccnstr'~ctic~, for the balance cf the contract. They are pouring the cen-
t:fete fcr the lower deck bcxeSo AIl precast concrete seat slabs and roof deck is
Y!:e ramp steel work is completed and tl:e steel is being paint:ed gray° Concrete has
'beep pcured for the cffice complex° Foctipgs for the light 'towers are being set. The
field is graded and seeded a~d t:~e sod farm is apparently doing very well. The parking
lot i.s being graded and topping wi].l begin before inclement weather sets in.

REPORT OF CONCESSIONS DETERMINATION~ Prior to the meeting with Automatic Canteen Com~
pany in Chicago, Chairman Coops had made a complete inventory cf each stand and open
space on the concessions plans amd found some deficiencies. This was the basis of
their conferenue. After discussion the following matters were resolved as reported
by' Mr. Coons:

!, A gift shop will be located directly across from the Hall of Fame on the
field concourse,,
Portable bars will be used on the club level for patrons seated on that level,
and who do not belong to the Stadium Clubo
3o Two picnic type areas will be located in open segments on the lower deck con-
course adjacent to the two specialty stands thereby providing 2 additional
quasi-restaurantso
%"he Stadium Club layoot operation was approved as presented except for a
separate hallway elimi.ating passage through the cocktail lounge°

A better understanding of working together harmoniously to overcome any mutual
problems; communications of interests,,
OID BUSINESS: The Commission was asked to give some serious thought to rental rates
for t:he Anaheim Stadiums to be discussed at the next regularly scheduled meeting°
NEW BUSINESS: On motion by Commissioner Glover, seconded by Commissioner Hughes, all
future meetings of the Stadium Commission will be located at the Stadium Trailer~
2000 State £1ollege Blvd,, for better access to fSl. es, blueprints, drawings, etco which
the Commission has occasion to useo
