City Council and appointment to fill this vacancy wou].d be recommended by the City
Council.
RACING~ City Council. has invited all members of racing associations that would be
interested in the Stadium property to make a presentation to them on September 21st,
at il:00 AoM~ at the C~est Hotel~ Each of the four groups would make a short pre-
sentation explaining their interests and their previous discussion with this Commis-
sicno The Commission has talked to three of them and the fourth is a new group
that contacted Mro Liegler a week ago~ one interested in using the area for a 3 day

AUIOMAI~IC CANIEEN COMPANY REPORT: Chairman Coons introduced Mro Ebbers, Mro Dyer,
and Mr~ Dillon to the Commission and explained that at the last meeting some concern
was expressed as to what is going to be installed at the Stadium° Mr o Dyer had re-
ported to the group about 6 'weeks ago, but several items were still rather nebulous
and the members of the commission were concerned about the progress and exactly what
i~ going to be installed° A discussion was held regarding locations of stands, types
cf: s~ands~ etc~ All agreed that the lack of communications between Automatic Canteen
Company and the Stadium Commission has been the problem° Since the discussion was
quite ]emgthy, a transcript of the entire meeting is on file in the Stadium Manager's
offi:~e fo.~ reference~ rather than included in the minutes°
