The meeting was called to order by Chairman Coons at 7:30 P.M.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting of March 18, 1965 were approved as written°
OFFICE CLUB R~_NTALS
Mr° Liegler reported that as of the last meeting he has contacted Mr. Myers
and Mr. Tea~ue of the Orange County Press Club$ and they will meet on
Thursday, April 1~ 1965o
COORDINATING EVENTS
Mr. Liegler had also talked with Mr. Zevin~ General Manager of the Melodyland
Theatre and Mro Wally Wade of Disneyland~ and they a~, planning 4o a~ten~ the
next regularly scheduled meeting of the Stadium Commission on April let. At
this time~ Mro Zevin will have an opportunity to explain their proposal re-
garding coordination of presentations at Melodyland~ Disneyland and the Con-
vention Center and Stadium°
Chairman Coons suggested that an invitation be sent to Mro George Colouris,
from the Orange County Fairgrounds~ to attend the meeting on April lst~ since
he too, is interested in the coordination of scheduled events in the Convention
Center and Stadium°

POLICY OF RENTALS
Motion made by Commissioner Knisely to recommend to the City Council that
any prospective tenant of the Convention Center or Stadium will be required
to obtain such supplementary operational services as is required through
the Stadium Manager:s Office° Seconded by Commissioner Currier. MOTION
CARRIED.
A discussion of a "base rental fee" followed and it was suggested by
Commissioner Knisely that at the next meeting there be a written recommend-
ation, regarding base rental policies~ from Mro Watts and Mr. Lieglero
At that ttme~ this recommendation could be acted upon by the Commission.
TOURING OF STADIUM CONSTRUCTION SITE
Mr° Liegler said that he has had several inquiries concerning tours of the
stadium construction site° Chairman Coons stated that this matter had been
discussed by Mro Tallis and Mr° Autry and consequently, the contractor is
going to make a roadway around the stadium site and the day and hours of
availability to the public is being determined.
SCOREBOARD
Mr. Davis~ Assistant City Manager said he will have a draft of the score-
board specifications at the next regular meeting of the Stadium Commission.
ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by Commissioner Glover to adjourn the meeting, seconded by
Commissioner Currier°
