The meeting was called to order at 2:00 P. Mo by Chairman Coons.

Mr~ Ken Clements~ Assistant Public Information Officer, spoke briefly with the
Commission and advised that the Anaheim Police Department has been taking 16 mm
color movies of the Stadium from the initial ground breaking ceremonies through
the current ground scenes° Further, that these movies will be edited and added
to as the work progresses and will be available to the Commission for its use.
Minutes - Approval
It was moved that the Minutes of October 22, 1964 be approved as written with the
correction of the addendum of "Anaheim Stadium Commission Analysis of Financial
Return O££ere~ by Concessionaires Submitted on October 15, 1964", as follows:
California Sports Service, Inc. - MinimumPer Capita Guarantee
"$o215 per fully paid admission for football games only' be changed to read
"$.251 per fully paid admission for football games only~

Concession Contract - personnel Interviews
As a matter of record, following is a list of the two firms and their representa-
tives which the Commission interviewed on Tuesday, October 27, 1964 in the City
Council Chambers in the same manner as the four Concession Contract proponents
interviewed October 22, 1964 and listed in the minutes of that meeting:

Concession Contract Bids - Study and Discussion
The Stadium Commission reviewed and discussed all of the Concessionaire bid informa-
tion received and the personnel interviews held, and resolved certain recommendations
to be conveyed to the City Council in a personnel session scheduled for Wednesday,
November 4, 1964 at 11:00 A. Mo
The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 P. M. to Thursday, November 5, 1964 in the Council
Chambers Conference Room for further study of the Concession Contract bids.
