ABY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING
TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM F.L7NICIFAL CODE RELAT-
ING TO ZONING.
T CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT
VHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution No. 628
Series 1962-63 in Reclassification No. 62-63-66 ,
recommending an amtndment of Title 18 of the An eim Mun1c1pa
Cade and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of .zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein; and
WJH_,' EAS, said City Planning Commission did make find-
ings and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change
or changes of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, upon, receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission, the City Clerk did fix the 5th day of

a public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and dial give notice thereof in the manner and as provided in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
"W.IRERSAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hear-
ing and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity
to be heard and, dial receive evidence and reports, and did there-
upon conn ides the recommmendation of the City Planning Commission,
and did adopt Resolution ;(s) No. (s) 63R-177 , finding
and determining haat Title 18 of the Ann ei.m Kunicipa Code
should be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries
of said zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolu-
tion(s);

WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution(s)
63R-177 , certain conditions and requirements were
as con Itns precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones; and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION 10
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating
to Zoning be, and the same is hereby, amended by changing the
boundaries of the zones set forth in said. Title 18 by adopting
a sectional Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes
as follows

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange.. State of California, described as follows, to wit:
That portion of Lot 25 of the Anaheim Investment
Company's Tract, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in book 7, pages 33 and 34, Miscellaneous Maps,
records of said Orange County, more particularly
• described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 25
(said corner also being the intersection of Ball
Road and Euclid Avenue) thence along the North
line (Ball Road) of said Lot 25, North 890 26 50"
East 657.23 feet to a point, said point also being
the Northeast corner of said Lot 25 (also being
the intersection of Ball Road and Palm Lane) thence
along the East line (Palm Lane) of said Lot 25,
South 00 00' 50" West, 671.47 feet to a point;
said point also being the Southeast corner of said
Lot 25, thence along the South line of said Lot 25,
South 89° 34' 27" West, 657.05 feet to a point;
said point being the :Southwest corner of said
Lot 25 (also being the intersection of Palm Lane
and Euclid Avenue thence along the West line
(Euclid Avenue) of said Lot 25 North 670.02 feet
to the true point of beginning;
EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 200.00 feet of the
West 200.00 feet.
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE -FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions:
1. That the owner of subject propertshall pay
to the City of Anaheim the sum of y$25.00 per
dwelling unit, to be used for park and
recreation purposes, said amount to be paid
at the time the building permit is issued.
2. That adequate areas for trash storage, accessi-
ble to trash -truck pickup, shall be provided as
determined and required by the Street Maintenance
and Sanitation Division of the Public Works
Department, which areas shall be enclosed with
a solid fence or wall prior to final building
inspection.
3. That fire hydrants shall be installed as required
and determined to be necessary by the Chief of
the Fire Department, and that said hydrants shall
be installed prior to final building inspection.
4. That the access drives shall be a minimum width
of 21 feet, with adequate angle cut-offs, or a
minimum width of 28 feet, if no cut-offs are
provided; and that said drives shall, in all
cases, have a minimum vertical clearance of
14 feet.
5. That subject property shall be developed substan-
tially in accordance with Exhibits Nos. 1 through
6, on file with the City of Anaheim.

SECTION 20.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded from
the zone in which it is noir situated, and incorporated in and
made a part of the zone or zones as above set f-orth, and said
City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the City Engineer
Is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning map to be added
to the City Zoning Map showing the changes hereby approved and
adopted.
SECT IOA , 3 ,
Th -e. -City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (.15) days -after its adoption, in the Anaheim Dulleci.n
a newspaper of general :circulation, printed, publ ishe3_ aa�n�
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
Its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
