AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING TITLE 18 OF THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONING
• THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM DOES FIND
THAT:
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did heretofore duly pass and adopt Resolution Noy 490,__

recommending an amendment of Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipa-l--
Code and a change or changes in the boundaries of the zone or
zones hereinafter mentioned and described, after having held a
public hearing thereon in the manner and as prescribed in said
Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code to consider such proposed
change or changes of zone or zones, and after having received
evidence and reports from persons interested therein, and
WHEREAS, said City Planning Commission did make findings
and summaries of its hearings and did recommend a change or changes
of zone or zones as set forth in said resolution,* and
WHEREAS, upon receipt of said resolution, report of
findings, summary of evidence and recommendation of the City
Planning Commission,, the City Clerk did fix the 9th day of
October,
19 62 , as the time, and the Council Chamber
in the Mty Fall ofthe -City of Anaheim as the place, for a
public hearing upon said proposed amendment to Title 18 of the
Anaheim Municipal Code and change or changes of zone or zones,
and did give notice thereof -in the manner and as provided in
said Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS., at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Council did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all persons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receive evidence and reports, and did thereupon
consider the recommendation of the City Planning Commission, and
did adopt Resolution (s) No. (s) 62R-887 , finding
and determining that Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code should
be amended and that a change or changes in the boundaries of said
zone or zones should be made as set forth in said resolution(s).,
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with said Resolution (s)
62R-887 . certain conditions and requirements were made
as conditions precedent to the making of a change or changes of
said zone or zones., and
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to said change or
changes of zone or zones have been complied with,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS'.
SECTION 1.
That Title 18 of the Anaheim Municipal Code relating to
Zoning be, and the same Is hereby, amended by changing the boundaries
of the zones set forth in said Title 18 by adopting a sectional
Zoning Map or Maps showing such change or changes as follows.*

That all of the area situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows, to wit:
The East 80.00 feet of the West 160.00 feet of that
portion of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter
of Section 15, Township 4 South, Range 11 West, in the
Rancho Los Coyotes, as shown on a map thereof recorded
• in book 51, page 11, Miscellaneous Maps, records of
said Orange County, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said section,
North 2366.76 feet from the Southeast corner thereof;
thence West 660.00 feet to the West line of the East
half of the East half of the Southeast quarter of said
section; thence North to the North line of said South-
east quarter of said section; thence East 660.00 feet
to the East line of said section; thence South 302.07
feet to the point of beginning;
now is R -A, RESIDENTIAL -AGRICULTURAL ZONE, and that it be changed
to and incorporated in R-3, MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
upon the following conditions:
1. That the two non-standard driveways on Orange
Avenue shall be removed and/or reconstructed as
required by the City Engineer and in accordance
with standard plans and specifications on file
in the Office of the City Engineer.
2. That the owners of subject property shall pay to
the. City of Anaheim the sum of $25.00 per dwelling
unit, to be used for park and recreation purposes,
said amount to be paid at the time the building
permit is issued.
3. That adequate areas for trash storage, accessible
to trash -truck pickup, shall be provided as deter-
mined and required by the Street Maintenance and
Sanitation Division of the Public Works
Department, which areas shall be enclosed by a
solid fence or wall prior to final building
inspection.
4. That subject property shall be developed sub-
stantially in accordance with plans marked
"Exhibits 1, 2 and 3" on file with the City of
Anaheim.
5. That 6 -foot masonry walls shall be constructed
along the east and west boundaries of subject
property; and that said walls shall be constructed
prior to final building inspection.
SECTION 2.
The City Zoning Map shall be, and the same is hereby,
amended, and the property above described shall be excluded
from the zone in which it is now situated, and incorporated in
and made a part of the zone or zones as above set forth, and
said City Zoning Map as amended is hereby adopted and the
City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare a sectional zoning
map to be added to the City Zoning Map showing the changes
hereby approved and adopted.

SECTION 3.
The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be printed once within
fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Anaheim Bulletin,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and
circulated in said City, and thirty (30) days from and after
its final passage it shall take effect and be in full force.
THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE is approved and signed by

duly passed and adopted at a regular meeting of said City Council
held on the 23rd day of April, 1963, by the following vote of the
members thereof:

AND I FURTHER CERTIFY that the Mayor of the City of
